- Polyaspartic and Polyurea are not good moisture vapor barriers only Epoxy fits that need
- Polyaspartic and some Polyurea are UV stable and won't non-yellowing
- between polyasaprtic, polurea & epoxy, EPOXY bonds best to concrete
- While polurea is flexiable, concrete is not. So the flexability doesn't help as much as some claim
- all epoxy yellows the only question is when? if done properly you might never see it yellow
