What's Covered

Peeling — If the coating peels from the concrete, we'll repair it free of charge.

Flaking — Any flaking or delamination from the concrete substrate.

Hot Tire Pickup — Protection against damage from hot vehicle tires.

What's Not Covered

- Normal wear and tear (scratches, scuffs)
- Damage from impact or dropped objects
- Damage from improper cleaning or harsh chemicals
- Coatings applied over previously coated surfaces (unless by Step Improvements)
- Damage caused by settling or cracking of concrete substrate

Making a Warranty Claim

2. Provide your original service date and address
3. Describe the issue and send photos if possible
4. We'll schedule an inspection and repair if covered

Care Instructions

To maintain your warranty and keep your floor looking great:

- Clean regularly with a dust mop or soft broom
- Use mild soap and water for deeper cleaning
- Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners
- Use floor mats in high-traffic areas
- Address spills promptly
